By accessing or using Homelab Prices ("Service"), operated by LanierSoft Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We are not a retailer. Homelab Prices does not sell products directly. All purchases are made through third-party merchants. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, returns, customer service, or any other aspect of your dealings with merchants.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution in the courts identified below.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service or create an account. If you are under 16, you may not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Homelab Prices regarding your use of the Service.
