At CL36 / 6000MT/s, effective latency is roughly 12.0ns, compared to ~13.3ns for the CL40 variants at the same speed. That's a 10% improvement in latency, which matters for CPU-bound tasks like compilation, lightweight databases, and virtualization workloads with many small memory accesses.
The 96GB dual-channel kit is worth calling out specifically. Dense memory configurations at 6000MT/s CL36 are uncommon.
AMD EXPO Support
